Terms of Service

Resonatta is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers of handcrafted and sound healing instruments. We provide the platform, checkout and messaging tools — we do not make, own or inspect the instruments listed for sale. By using Resonatta you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell on Resonatta. If you are under 18, you may only use the marketplace with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current — particularly your email, shipping address and, for sellers, your payout details. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Every seller on Resonatta operates independently. The sale contract is between you and the seller. Resonatta is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of any listing, though we do reserve the right to remove listings, hide shops or suspend accounts at our discretion when something looks wrong.

Placing an order is a binding commitment to purchase. You agree to read the listing carefully and to accept the instrument as described, including any noted wear on used items. If what arrives is materially different from the listing, start with the seller and see our Return & Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Resonatta does not store your full card details. We take a platform commission on each completed sale, which is deducted before the seller is paid out. Current commission rates are shown on the fees page and in the Seller Agreement.

Resonatta credit may be earned or issued as a payout method, promotion or refund. Credit expires one year after it is issued, is non-transferable, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credit is applied to the item total at checkout before shipping. Unused credit is forfeited when it expires or when an account is closed.

You may not list stolen goods, counterfeit or misattributed instruments, weapons, protected or illegally sourced materials, or anything else that is illegal to sell where you and your buyer are located. Listings that break this rule are removed and may result in account termination.

Sellers keep the rights to the photos, audio and text they upload, and represent that they own or have permission to use everything they post. By posting, you grant Resonatta a non-exclusive license to display that content in listings, search results and marketing for the marketplace. See our DMCA policy for takedown requests.

We ask buyers and sellers to work things out directly first — most issues resolve with a message. If that stalls, Resonatta may step in and make a decision at its discretion, including issuing a refund. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

Resonatta is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the marketplace. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through the platform for the transaction in question.

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. We will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date and give notice of material changes. Continuing to use Resonatta after that date means you accept the updated terms.
