A calm marketplace for handcrafted sound
Resonatta started with a simple frustration: finding a well-made singing bowl or a hand-tuned flute meant trawling forums, festival tables and unlabeled photos. We wanted one calm, trustworthy place for the craft.
We are a small team of practitioners, sound therapists and builders. We spend our days talking to makers in workshops from Fletcher, North Carolina to the Kathmandu valley, and our evenings playing what they send us.
What we do
We host storefronts for independent makers, handle the checkout and payouts, and give buyers a straightforward way to compare instruments by tone, material and maker reputation. We also host lessons, so the person who built your instrument can teach you to play it.
Makers first
Every instrument on the platform is made or curated by a named person. Makers keep their own voice, pricing and policies.
Honest sound
We ask for real recordings and real photos. What you hear in a listing should be what arrives in the box.
Circular by design
Instruments last decades. Our used marketplace keeps well-loved bowls, gongs and flutes in practice instead of in closets.
Where we're going
