Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email address and profile information.
• Order details — shipping address, order contents and messages exchanged with sellers.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation and the last four digits of a card; we never store full card numbers.
• Seller payout information — bank or Stripe Connect details held by Stripe, plus tax identifiers where required.
• Browsing and usage data — pages viewed, searches, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.

• Fulfilling orders and passing the necessary details to the seller shipping your instrument.
• Managing your account, sign-in and transactional email.
• Sending marketing email only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse and prohibited listings.
• Improving the marketplace: understanding what people search for and where the experience breaks down.

• Resend — transactional and opt-in email delivery.
• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Lovable — application hosting.
• Analytics providers — aggregated usage measurement.
• Sellers — the shipping address and order contents needed to fulfil your order.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and saved items, and measure how the marketplace is used. You can disable or clear cookies in your browser and opt out of analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and payout records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account closes. Everything else is deleted on request.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Most of it is editable in account settings; for anything else, email support@resonatta.com and we will respond promptly.

Resonatta is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
