Shipping Policy
How instruments travel from a maker's bench to your door.

Sellers ship their own instruments
Each seller packs and ships the instruments they sell. Resonatta does not hold stock or operate a warehouse, so packaging, carrier choice and dispatch timing are set by the seller.
Processing time
Most sellers dispatch within 1–5 business days of an order. Made-to-order and custom instruments take longer and the expected build time is stated on the listing.
Carriers and delivery speed
Carriers, service levels and rates vary by seller and are listed on each product page before you check out. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays, losses and customs fees
Once a parcel is with the carrier it is out of the seller’s hands. Resonatta is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or misrouted packages, or customs charges. We will help you and the seller chase a claim.
International shipping
Some sellers ship internationally; their listings show which destinations they serve. Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are charged by your country, not by us or the seller.
Tracking
Sellers are strongly encouraged to add a tracking number through the platform when they mark an order shipped, so it appears in your order history and in your shipping confirmation email.
Damaged on arrival
If your instrument arrives damaged, photograph the outer box, the packing material and the instrument before unpacking further, and contact the seller through the platform within 48 hours of delivery. Documentation is what makes a carrier claim succeed.
