DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy

Resonatta respects intellectual property rights and expects everyone on the marketplace to do the same. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Send a written notice that includes all of the following:

• Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The URL of the listing, image, audio file or other content you are reporting.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Email your notice to support@resonatta.com with the subject line DMCA Notice. Incomplete notices slow things down, so please include every item above.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice. Include:

• Your name, address, phone number and email address.
• Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or for North Carolina, USA if you are outside the United States, and your agreement to accept service of process from the complaining party.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may restore the content 10–14 business days after forwarding a valid counter-notice, unless the complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices are terminated, and their listings removed from the marketplace.
