Resonatta exists for legitimate sales of handcrafted, used and sound healing instruments, and for the conversations and lessons around them. Please use it for that.

• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or promoting unrelated products and services.
• Fake, duplicate or placeholder listings, and listings for items you do not have.
• Price manipulation, shill bidding, fake offers or coordinated review activity.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or abusive messages to any buyer, seller or staff member.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or steering payment off-platform to avoid fees or protections.
• Impersonating another maker, brand, buyer or Resonatta itself.
• Scraping, crawling, or automated bulk collection of listings, images or user data.

Do not upload malware, harmful code or anything designed to probe, overload or break the platform. Do not post content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy — see our DMCA policy for how infringement is handled.

Resonatta may remove any listing, message, review or account that violates this policy, with or without prior notice, and may reverse transactions or withhold payouts connected to it.

Repeated or serious violations result in a permanent ban from the marketplace, including attempts to return under a new account.
